Editing Descriptions
Use this procedure to map longer or different descriptions to the component
fields of the layer name.
1 If necessary, open the Layer Properties Manager by clicking Home
tab ➤ Layers panel ➤ Layer Properties .
2 Click .
3 Select the layer standard that you want to edit, and click Edit.
4 Click the Edit Descriptions tab.
5 Modify the descriptions:
