Grid Properties
In addition, the Enhanced Custom Column Grid dialog lets you control the
following properties of the column grid:
â– Orthogonal or radial grid shape
â– number of grid lines
â– vertical and horizontal bay size
â– inner grid radius (radial grid)
â– clockwise or counter-clockwise grid direction (radial grid)
â– multi-view block for grid label
â– grid label numbering/lettering scheme
â– prefixes for grid labels
â– grid extension
â– grid label extension
Creating a Rectangular Grid
Rectangular grids are defined by their width, height, and number of grid lines.
1 Click Home tab ➤ Build panel ➤ Column Grid
drop-down ➤ Enhanced Custom Grid.
Alternatively, you can select the Enhanced Custom Column Grid
tool on the Design Tool Palette.
2 In the Column Grid dialog, click the Orthogonal radio button.
3 Click the Top tab.
