Grid Properties
In addition, the Grid tool lets you control the following properties of the grid:
â– Orthogonal or radial grid shape
â– number of grid lines
â– vertical and horizontal bay size
â– inner grid radius (radial grid)
â– clockwise or counter-clockwise grid direction (radial grid)
â– multi-view block for grid label
â– grid label numbering/lettering scheme
â– prefixes for grid labels
â– grid extension
â– grid label extension
With commands of the Productivity Tools, you can place doors and windows
precisely in relation to walls and grid lines. For more information, see Adding

Placing Doors and Windows in Relation to a Grid Line
You can add doors and windows to a wall with a specified distance to a grid
line.
