along the wall outside or wall inside:

Renovation
The Renovation feature provides an efficient method of easily identifying
objects and associating them with different phases of a renovation project.
With the renovation feature you can, in one drawing, display existing,
demolished, and new construction. By working within a single drawing and
switching between renovation plan types, you avoid errors typically caused
by editing multiple drawings. For more information, see Renovation on page
