3 Expand the root node and group/subgroup nodes as necessary,
and select the group/subgroup you want to edit.

The Group Properties dialog box is displayed with the read-only
ID field showing the database identifier for the group you are
editing.
5 Edit the Group Name and Description values as desired, and click
OK.
Editing Keynotes in a Keynote Database
Use this procedure to change the key or the note for a keynote within a
database.
1 Click Annotate tab ➤ Keynoting panel ➤ ➤ Keynote Editor
