Changing the Vertical Alignment of a Window
Use this procedure to change the vertical alignment of a window or group of
windows.
1 Select the windows you want to change, and double-click one of
them.
2 On the Properties palette, expand Basic, and expand Location.
3 Specify whether you want the window aligned vertically by sill
height or by head height:

select Sill for Vertical alignment, and
enter a value for Sill height.
