Moving a Door Along a Wall
Use this procedure to change the location of one or more doors along a wall
by offsetting the doors from a reference location.
This feature is useful when you want to position a door at a specified distance
from another object. For example, you may want to specify an exact distance
between a series of doors along a wall.
1 Select the doors you want to move.
2 Click Door tab ➤ Anchor panel ➤ Reposition Along Wall .
A marker indicates the current location within the opening: left
jamb, center of door, or right jamb.
3 Specify how to measure the offset:

select a point on the
jamb of the door you
want to measure from.
measure the offset from
the left or right jamb
4 Select a point to measure to (the reference point).
