5. CLI Commands
device: load
load
Use the load command to enter the load (<load-num>) format in which all load-related commands can be entered. To exit
from the load (<load-num>) command format, use either the end or exit commands.
Syntax
load <load-num>
load-num – Specifies the number of the load.
Examples
The following command enters the container for load #3 on device “PDU-Rack1”:
console> device (PDU-Rack1)> load 3
console> device (PDU-Rack1)> load (3)>
show load
Use the show load command to display a summary table of all loads on the device or the details of a specified load.
Syntax
show load [<load-num>]
load-num – Specifies the load for which details are to be displayed.
Examples
The following command displays a summary table of all loads on device “PDU-Rack1”.
console> device (PDU-Rack1)> show load

device: load: cycle
cycle
Use the cycle command to turn off a specified load, and then turn it on. This command applies only to devices that support
controllable loads. When the command is issued, a prompt will appear to confirm the action. Use the force option to execute
the cycle without confirmation.
Syntax
cycle [force]
Examples
The following command cycles load #2 on device “PDU-Rack1”, with no confirmation:
console> device (PDU-Rack1)> load (2)> cycle force
