show facility
Use the show facility command to display the facility code of the syslog server entry.
Syntax
show facility
Examples
The following command displays the facility code for entry “SYSsrvr2”:
console> syslog-server (SYSsrvr2)> show facility

syslog-server: host
host
Use the host command to set the IP address or host name of the syslog server entry. Both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are
supported.
Syntax
host {<ip-address> | <host-name>}
• ip-address – Specifies the IPv4 or IPv6 address of the entry.
• host-name – Specifies the host name of the entry.
Examples
The following command sets 172.17.60.66 as the IPv4 address for entry “SysLogsrvr1”:
console> syslog-server (SysLogsrvr1)> host 172.17.60.66

Use the show host command to display the host name entered for the entry.
