5. CLI Commands
event: enable
enable
Use the enable command to activate the event. Use the no form of this command to disable the event. Disabled events will
not generate alerts or be logged (upon occurring), nor can they be selected when creating or executing actions. By default, all
events (standard and custom) are enabled.
Syntax
enable
no enable
Example
The following command disables event “Loads Not All On”:
console> event (Loads Not All On)> no enable

show enable
Use the show enable command to display the enabled/disabled status of the event.
Syntax
show enable
Examples
The following command displays the status of entry “Loads Not All On”:
console> event (Loads Not All On)> show enable
disabled
event: logging
logging enable
Use the logging enable command to record all occurrences of the event entry in the Event Log. Use the no form of this
command to disable event logging for the entry. This command is valid only if the event is enabled.
Syntax
logging enable
no logging enable
Example
The following command disables event logging for entry “Load Level Above Threshold”:
console> event (Load Level Above Threshold)> no logging enable
