syslog-server: show
show
Use the show command, with optional keywords, to display details about the syslog server entry. To view all keywords
applicable to the entry, enter show [Tab][Tab].
Syntax
show [keyword]
• keyword – Specifies the attribute to be displayed.
Examples
The following command displays all details for entry “Server 123”:
console> syslog-server (Server 123)> show
facility host name severity
help log port status
The following command displays all details for entry “Server 123”:
console> syslog-server (Server 123)> show
Status : enabled
Name : SYSsrvr2
Host : 10.10.10.2
Port : 514
Facility : 23
Severity : warning
Application : disabled
Data : enabled
Event : enabled
telnet
telnet enable
Use the telnet enable command to enable the Telnet service. Use the no form of this command to disable the Telnet service.
The Telnet service is enabled by default. Use the apply network command to complete Telnet configuration.
Syntax
telnet enable
no telnet enable
Examples
The following example enables the Telnet service:
console> telnet enable
Update complete
NOTE: Use the “apply network” command to complete the change. This may cause a system
reboot.
