SINAMICS G120C
536 List Manual (LH13), 04/2014, A5E33840768B AA
Remedy: - check the motor data - if required, carry out commissioning.
- check the motor circuit configuration (star-delta)
- U/f operation: Increase up ramp.
- U/f operation: Check assignment of rated currents of motor and power unit.
- check the power cable connections.
- check the power cables for short-circuit or ground fault.
- check the length of the power cables.
- replace power unit.
F30105 PU: Actual value sensing fault
Message class: Power electronics faulted (5)
Reaction: OFF2
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: At least one incorrect actual value channel was detected on the Power Stack Adapter (PSA).
The incorrect actual value channels are displayed in the following diagnostic parameters.
Remedy: Evaluate the diagnostic parameters.
If the actual value channel is incorrect, check the components and if required, replace.
A30502 Power unit: DC link overvoltage
Message class: DC link overvoltage (4)
Reaction: NONE
Acknowledge: NONE
Cause: The power unit has detected overvoltage in the DC link on a pulse inhibit.
- device connection voltage too high.
- line reactor incorrectly dimensioned.
Alarm value (r0949, interpret decimal):
DC link voltage [1 bit = 100 mV].
See also: r0070 (Actual DC link voltage)
Remedy: - check the device supply voltage (p0210).
- check the dimensioning of the line reactor.
See also: p0210 (Drive unit line supply voltage)
F30600 SI P2: STOP A initiated
Message class: Safety monitoring channel has identified an error (10)
Reaction: OFF2
Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY (POWER ON)
Cause: The drive-integrated "Safety Integrated" function on processor 2 has detected an error and initiated a STOP A.
- forced checking procedure of the safety shutdown path via processor 2 unsuccessful.
- subsequent response to fault F30611 (defect in a monitoring channel).
Fault value (r0949, interpret decimal):
0: Stop request from processor 1.
1005: Pulses suppressed although STO not selected and there is no internal STOP A present.
1010: Pulses enabled although STO is selected or an internal STOP A is present.
1011: Internal fault for the pulse enable in the Power Module.
9999: Subsequent response to fault F30611.
Remedy: - select Safe Torque Off and de-select again.
- carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
- replace Power Module involved.
For fault value = 9999:
- carry out diagnostics for fault F30611.
Note:
STO: Safe Torque Off
