Sets the stop frequency of the sweep signal.
Parameters:
<StopFrequency>

Sets the start frequency of the sweep signal.
Parameters:
<StartFrequency>
WGENerator:SWEep:TIME <SweepTime>
Sets the duration of the sweep.
Parameters:
<SweepTime>
WGENerator:SWEep:TYPE <SweepType>
Sets the type of the sweep, a linear or logarithmic change of the frequency.
Parameters:
<SweepType> LINear | LOGarithmic
WGENerator:SWEep[:ENABle] <SweepEnable>
Enables or disables sweeping.
