The Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) converts a word of data
into serial data, and vice versa.

BUS<b>:UART:POLarity <IdleState>
Defines the logic levels of the bus. The idle state corresponds to a logic 1, and the start
bit to a logic 0.
