Click the added week schedule in the le list to show its property on the right.

Select a day of the week and draw me periods on the meline bar.
Note
Up to 8 me periods can be set for each day in the week schedule.

Oponal: Perform one of the following operaons to edit the drawn me periods.

Move the cursor to the me period and drag the me period on the meline bar to the
desired posion when the cursor turns to

Click the me period and directly edit the start/end me in the appeared dialog.

Move the cursor to the ends of me period and drag to lengthen or shorten the me period
when the cursor turns to

Oponal: Aer seng the me schedule, you can do one or more of the following operaons.
Delete Day Schedule Select a day and click Delete Duraon to delete the schedule of the
selected day.
Clear Week Schedule Click Clear to delete the whole week schedule.
Copy to Whole Week Click Copy to Week to copy the schedule of this day to the whole
week.

Click Save to saving the sengs and nishing adding the week schedule.
Add Holiday Schdule
You can create a schedule for holidays and set the days in the holiday schedule, including start
date, end date, and holiday duraon in one day.
Perform this task when you need to add a holiday schedule to pre-dene the holidays.
Steps
1.
Click Access Control → Schedule and Template → Week Schedule to enter the Holiday Group
Management page.
2.
Add a holiday group.
1) Click Add Holiday Group on the le to open the adding holiday group window.
2) Create a name for the holiday group.
3) Click OK.

Add a holiday period to the holiday group and congure the holiday duraon.
Note
Up to 16 holiday periods can be added to one holiday group.
1) Click Add Holiday.
2) Drag to draw the period, which means in that period of me, the congured permission is
acvated.
