Start geng the person informaon.

Select the device and then click OK to start geng the person informaon from the device.

Double click the device name to start geng the person informaon.

The person informaon, including person details, person's ngerprint informaon (if

congured), and the linked card (if congured), will be imported to the selected organizaon.

Issue Cards to Person in Batch

You can issue mulple cards to one person in batch.

Perform this task when you need to issue mulple cards to one person.

Steps

Enter Access Control → Person and Card .

Click Issue Card in Batch.

All the added person with no card issued will display in the Person(s) with No Card Issued list.

Set the parameters for the cards.

1) Select the card type according to actual needs.

Note

For details about the card type, refer to Issue a General Card to Person..

2) In the Card Password eld, create a password (4 to 8 digits) for the card itself.

Note

The password will be required when the card holder swiping the card to enter or exit the door

if the card reader authencaon mode requires password. For details, refer to Congure Card

Reader Authencaon Mode and Schedule.

3) Input the card quanty issued for each person.

Example

If the card quanty is 3, you can read or enter three card numbers for each person.

4) Set the eecve me and expiry me of the card.

In the Person(s) with No Card Issued list on the le, select the person to issue cards.

Select the reading card mode and input the card number.

Access Controller Reader

Place the card on the reader of the Access Controller and click Read to get the card No.

Card Enrollment Staon

Place the card on the Card Enrollment Staon and click Readto get the card No.
