Figure 8-10 Add Irregular Holiday

Set the holiday parameters.

Start Date

The rst day of the holiday.

Eecve Period

The years during which the holiday's start date will take eect. For example, if the holiday's

eecve period is set as 2018 to 2019, and the start date is set as December 31st, and the

numbers of days is 3, then the holiday will be 2018/12/31 to 2019/01/02, 2019/12/31 to

2020/01/02.

Note

If one holiday crosses two years and the eecve period

Click OK.

Oponal: Aer adding the holiday, perform one of the following operaons.

Edit the holiday informaon.

Delete the holiday from the holiday list.

Congure Leave Type

You can customize the leave type according to actual needs. By default, there are three major leave

types: Leave, Day O in Lieu, and Go Out on Business.

Perform the following steps to add, edit, or delete the leave type.

Steps

Enter the Time and Aendance module.

Click Advanced Sengs → Leave Type Sengs to enter the Leave Type Sengs page.

Click to add a major leave type on the le panel.

Oponal: Perform one of the following operaons for major leave type.
