11.7.6 Search for Consumpon Records

You can set condions to search for normal and abnormal consumpon records.

1. In the top le corner of Home page, select → All Modules → Consumpon → Transacon

Search , and click Consumpon Record.

2. Click Normal Consumpon Record or Abnormal Consumpon Record on the top side.

Note

Consumpon records without person informaon (person name, ID, and person group) are

abnormal consumpon records. Also, consumpon records will be generated when a person's

consumpon mes for a certain type of meal exceed the congured value, or the consumpon

permission of a person dose not match with that is congured on the plaorm.

3. Set the needed condions, including person name, person ID, person group, etc., and click

Search. The consumpon records that meet the condions are displayed on the right side.

The explanaons of some parameters are as follows:

Consumpon Device

Select consumpon device(s) to be searched for consumpon records.

Handling Status

Note

This condion is for abnormal consumpon records only.

Not Handled

Search for the consumpon records that are not handled.

Handled

Search for the consumpon records that have been handled.
