On the computer which can connect to the Internet, enter the following website: hps://
kms.hikvision.com/#/acve .

Click and then select the downloaded request le.

Click Submit.
A respond le named "AcvaonResponseFile.bin" will be downloaded. Save the respond le
to the proper directory or the removable storage medium (e.g., USB ash disk).

Copy the respond le to the proper directory of the computer that accesses HikCentral
Professional via the Web Client.

In the oine update panel, click
and select the downloaded respond le.

Click Update.
11.6.5 Deacvate License - Online
If you want to run the SYS on another PC or server, you should deacvate the SYS rst and then
acvate it again. If the computer or server on which the SYSrunning can properly connect to the
Internet, you can deacvate the License in online mode.
Steps
1.
Log in to HikCentral Professional via the Web Client. Refer to Login via Web Client
(Administrator) .
2.
In the top right corner of Home page, move the cursor to the Maintenance and Management to
show the drop-down menu.
3.
Click Deacvate License in the drop-down menu to open the Deacvate License panel.
4.
Click Online Deacvaon to deacvate the License in online mode.
