There are two methods to establish a local area network (LAN) connection with the
R&S NGP800 for remote control operation.

1. Select "Network" from the Figure 6-26.
The R&S NGP800 displays the "Network" dialog.

2. Set the required "SCPI Raw Port" and "Hostname".
The R&S NGP800 displays the on-screen keypad to enter the port number and
hostname.
