2. Activate the "Enabled" menu item.
The R&S NGP800 enables the OPP and displays the "Overpower Protection
(OPP)" icon on the selected channel status bar information.
3. Set the required level for OPP.
The R&S NGP800 displays the on-screen keypad to set the value.
4. Confirm value with the unit key (mW or W).
6.4.4 Safety Limits
The "Safety Limits" function is disabled if QuickArb function or Analog Input function is
in use.
With safety limits set in the instrument, the range of the output voltage and/or output
current can be limited. The safety limit prevents inadvertently setting values dangerous
for the connected DUT.
1. Select "Safety Limits" menu item from the menu.
The R&S NGP800 displays the "Safety Limits" dialog.
