Parameters for setting and query:
<Channel list> <list>
Example:
POW:PROT:LEV? (@1)
Queries OPP value at channel 1.
[SOURce:]POWer:PROTection:TRIPped? [<Channel list>]
Queries the OPP state of the selected channel.
Parameters:
<Channel list> <list>
Example:
POW:PROT:TRIP?
Response 1, the OPP is tripped.
Response 0, the OPP is not tripped.
Example:
POW:PROT:TRIP? (@1)
Queries OPP state at channel 1.
