General Introduction
The MaxiSys Ultra EV (hereinafter referred as Ultra EV) is a new generation of intelligent
diagnostics system for electric, gas and diesel, and hybrid vehicles. It supports high-
voltage system testing and analysis, allowing you to quickly read detailed battery pack
data. Equipped with the new EVDiag Box, Ultra EV supports the testing of battery packs.
There are three main components to the MaxiSys system:
MaxiSys Tablet — the central processor and monitor for the system.
MaxiFlash VCMI — Vehicle Communication and Measurement Interface.
EVDiag Box — the battery pack communications interface.
This manual describes the construction and operation of these devices and how they
work together to deliver diagnostic solutions.
