The TV does not output picture and/or sound from
the MHL device. (MHL supported models only)
Disconnect the MHL cable, then reconnect it. Or turn the MHL device off, then turn on again and
release the screen lock of the device.
Check if your device supports MHL.
Check if your TV supports MHL.
The
mark is located next to the HDMI IN 1/MHL port for MHL supported 2K
models, or the HDMI IN 2/MHL port for MHL supported 4K models.
