TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
To change the oven temperature during cooking in Manual Operations
with Steam Convection Roast, Steam Convection Convenience
Foods and Convection Bake or Roast, simply turn the Dial to
increase or decrease in 25°F increments and then press ENTER. If
ENTER is not pressed within 5 seconds, the temperature will revert
to the initial temperature that you selected.
END OF COOKING REMINDER
At end of cooking, the oven will signal and repeat after 2 and 4
minutes unless door is opened or STOP/CLEAR is pressed.
MULTIPLE SEQUENCE COOKING
STEAM CONVECTION AND CONVECTION
There are 3 patterns in Steam Convection and Convection which
can be programmed into Multiple Sequence Cooking.
1. Preheat* + Bake or Roast (Convection) + Bake or Roast (Convec-
tion)
2. Preheat* + Roast (Steam Convection) + Bake or Roast (Convec-
tion)
