Steps

Note

Imporng conguraon le is only available to the devices of the same model and same version.

Go to Param Cong → System → System Maintenance → Upgrade & Maintenance → Import

Parameters .

Click Browse to import the

conguraon le.

Click Import.

Result

The parameters will be imported, and the device will reboot.

12.14 Detect HDD

Detect HDD regularly to avoid data loss due to HDD damage.

Steps

Go to Param Cong → Storage → Storage Management → HDD Detecon .

Detecon Detect and report on various indicators of reliability in the hopes of

ancipang failures.

Bad Sector Test Detect the block capacity of the HDD.

Select HDD No. and Self-test Type, and click Start Detecng.

Result

Decide whether to use the HDD any more according to the

detecon result. If there are too many

bad sectors, change the HDD in

me.

12.15 Set Working Mode

You can set the device under the listening mode or arming mode.

Ensure the connected camera supports violaon capture funcon.
