5 . I SI S I nterface Operat ion
* Please refer to t he preceding chapt er, Scanner I nst allation, to
inst all I SI S scanner driver. You m ay st art the supplied
QuickScan soft ware applicat ion to scan via t he I SI S user
interface.
The I SI S driver operation m et hod is sim ilar t o the TWAI N’s.
Every funct ion on the I SI S int erface screen is briefly described
as below:
Mode: Select one of scan m odes, including B&W, gray, color
options.
Dit her: 5 halft one levels available, can be disabled.
Dot s per in ch : Select your desired resolution.
Paper Size : Select your desired paper size.
Brightness: Adj ust your scan im age brightness or darkness.
Cont rast : Adj ust the range bet ween the darkest and the lightest
shades in the im age.
Default : Click t o reset all set tings.
Area: Select your desired scan area or posit ion.
