Line Rem oval: When Black and W hit e im age m ode is
selected on the [ I m a ge] tab, t he [ Line Re m oval] opt ion will
be enabled. Line Rem oval erases lines on the im age and then
reconst ruct s charact ers so t he OCR ( Optical Character
Recognit ion) accuracy can be im proved.
Choices: None, Form , Hor izontal, Vertica l
N one – t he default m ode which does not rem ove any line.
Form – rem ove any form in the docum ent.
Horizont al – select [ H or izontal] and t hen enter the lengt h of
horizont al line to rem ove only t he horizontal line exceeding
your specified length.
Vertica l – select [ Vert ica l] and then ent er t he length of
vertical line to rem ove only t he vert ical line exceeding your
specified lengt h.
