#1 Can this fan be installed without the light kit and, if so, does it come with the necessary cap?

Yes. This fan can be installed with no light kit and it does include the no light cap.

#2 In a previous answer it says the colors are seafoam, lavender, pink, yellow and white. But I see a teal color. What colors are this fan?

The color of the fan is creamy white. Since color names are subjective and the blades are labelled multi-color, we can only recommend looking at the the image or looking at a sample in the store.

#3 Can you use a different light kit?

Yes. Most universal light kits will attach to the center hole in the switch housing cap (where the current light kit is attached).

#4 It says the minimum height is 10". Is that the height when it is Close mounted (flush with the ceiling)?

For Downrod installation: Ceiling to blades = 10.39 Ceiling to bottom of light kit = 18.06 For Closemount Ceiling to blades = 7.02 Ceiling to bottom of light kit = 14.69

#5 Do harbor breeze fans have quick snap installation?

The Katelyn fan does not.
