Host meeting
1. Complete your meeting information:
Event name: The name of the event.
Location: Where the meeting will be held.
Period: The start time and end time.
All-day: Indicate if the meeting will last all day.
Time zone: The location-based GMT.
Guests: The list of participants.
Description: Optional information, for example a detailed meeting
agenda.
2. Add all of the participants' email addresses to the Guests field.
