Cruise control - "CRUISE"
Systemwhichautomaticallymaintainsthespeedofthevehicleatthevalueprogrammedbythedriver,withoutanyactionontheacceleratorpedal.
Thecruisecontrolsystemcannot,inanycircumstances,replacetheneedtoobservespeedlimits,norcanitreplacetheneedforvigilanceonthepartofthedriver.
Youareadvisedtokeepyourfeetnearthepedalsatalltimes.
Switching on the cruise control requires a
minimumvehiclespeedof25mph(40km/h).
Aswellasengagementof:
- fourthgearorhigheronamanualgearbox,
- secondgearorhigherinmanualmodeon
anautomaticgearbox,
- position Donanautomaticgearbox.
Thesystemremainsactiveafterchanginggear
onvehicleswithamanualgearboxand
Stop&Start.
The cruise control is pausedbypressing
button 4orthebrakepedalorontriggeringof
theESCsystemforsafetyreasons.
Itispossibletoexceedtheprogrammedspeed
temporarilybypressingtheacceleratorpedal.
Toreturntotheprogrammedspeed,simply
release the accelerator pedal until the
programmedcruisespeedisreachedagain.
1. Selectcruisecontrolmode.
2. Set the current speed of the vehicle
astheprogrammedspeed/Lowerthe
programmedspeed.
3. Set the current speed of the vehicle
astheprogrammedspeed/Raisethe
programmedspeed.
4. Pause/resumecruisecontrol.
5. Display the list of memorised speeds or,
Acceptthespeedsuggestedbythespeed
limitrecognitionsystem.

Switchingofftheignitioncancelsany
programmedspeedvalue.
