French fries and sweet potato fries
Preparation time: 50minutes
Serves 4
For the fries
500g potatoes, firm | in batons
(approx.0.5x0.5x6cm)
500g sweet potatoes | in batons
(approx. 0.5x0.5x6cm)
30ml sunflower oil
For the dip
150 g Greek style natural yoghurt
150g buttermilk
¼lemon | juice and zest
½bunch of dill
¼tsp. rosemary, dried
¼tsp. oregano, dried
½tsp. onion powder
¼tsp. garlic powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
For the seasoned salt
2tbsp. salt
1tsp. paprika, smoked
½tsp. onion powder
½tsp. garlic powder

Gourmet baking and AirFry tray,
perforated
Preparation
Bring the water to the boil on the
cooktop. Blanch the potato batons in
boiling water for 3minutes. Then drop
them into cold water and pat dry on a
tea towel.
Marinate the potato batons with the
sunflower oil. Then place on the
Gourmet baking and AirFry tray and
cook according to the settings. Turn
after 15minutes and cook for a further
10minutes.
To make the dip, mix all the ingredients
together and season with salt and
pepper to taste. Chill the dip until ready
to serve.
To make the seasoned salt, mix all the
spices together and set aside.
At the end of the cooking duration,
season the fries generously and serve
with the dip.
