18.3.1 Vertical Measurement
Vertical measurement includes 19 parameters:
Max: Highest value in the input waveform
Min: Lowest value in the input waveform
Pk-Pk: Difference between maximum and minimum data values
Top: Value of most probable higher state in a bimodal waveform
Base: Value of most probable lower state in a bimodal waveform
Amplitude: Difference between top and base in a bimodal waveform. If not bimodal,
the difference between max and min
Mean: Average of data values
Cycle Mean: Average of data values in the first cycle
Stdev: Standard deviation of the data
Cycle Stdev: Standard deviation of the data in the first cycle
