signsandinstructions.

Potentially Explosive Atmosphere

TurnyourphoneOFFwheninanyareawithapotentiallyexplosive

atmosphereandobeyallsignsandinstructions.Sparksinsuchareascould

causeanexplosionorreresultinginbodilyinjuryorevendeath.

Areaswithapotentiallyexplosiveatmosphereareoften,butnotalways

markedclearly.Potentialareasmayinclude:fuelingareas(suchasgasoline

stations);belowdeckonboats;fuelorchemicaltransferorstorage

facilities;vehiclesusingliqueedpetroleumgas(suchaspropaneor

butane);areaswheretheaircontainschemicalsorparticles(suchasgrain,

dust,ormetalpowders);andanyotherareawhereyouwouldnormallybe

advisedtoturnoffyourvehicleengine.

For Vehicles Equipped with an Air Bag

Anairbaginateswithgreatforce.DONOTplaceobjects,includingeither

installedorportablewirelessequipment,intheareaovertheairbagorin

theairbagdeploymentarea.Ifin-vehiclewirelessequipmentisimproperly

installedandtheairbaginates,seriousinjurycouldresult.
