ââThere are dots, horizontal or vertical lines on the screen.
ââThe brightness cannot be adjusted.
Sound Issues
ââThere is a delay between the picture and sound.
ââSound is distorted or cuts out momentarily.
ââVolume cannot be changed or it changes on its own.
Channel and Broadcast Issues
ââIn Live TV, there is no signal, or a weak signal, or you cannot find any channels.
ââThe subtitles are not displaying or are in the wrong place on the TV screen.
ââThe channel list sorting is lost after several days, or previously deleted channels return in the channel list.
ââI want to put channels in order of preference.

ââThe signal strength is weak.
ââThe network connection is unstable, often disconnected.
