maticallyescapesfromtheappliance
intermittentlytoreducethepressurein
theapplianceinterior.

Neverbendovertheappliancewhilesteam
isescapingfromit!
Whenthepressureintheapplianceinterior
hasbeencompletelyreduced,theindicator
[nished]andbuttonGlightuporthekeep
warmfunctionisactivated.
Arectanglelightsupinthedisplay(dotted
lines).Thepreparationprogrammeis
completed.
7. Opentheappliance.Openthepressure
lockinghandleforthispurpose(M)
andpresstheopeningbuttononthe
basicappliance.
Notes:
■ Neveruseforcetoopentheappliance!
■ Alwaysshaketheappliancegently
beforeopeninginordertodissolveany
steambubblesthatmayhaveformedin
thefoodandtopreventblocking.
■ Thepressurelockinghandlecanbe
easilyopenedwhenthesteamhas
completelyescapedfromtheappliance
interiorandtheapplianceisfully
depressurised.
■ Automaticsteamreleasecantakesome
time.Inordertoacceleratetheprocess
oriftheapplianceisnotcompletely
depressurised,thesteamcanalsobe

aborted.
■ Ifthepressurelockinghandlecannot
beopenedbecausetheapplianceisnot
completelydepressurised.
