instant coffee, sugar, and hot water turns into an
incredible foam-like dessert, which is typically served
over a glass of ice-cold milk but also excellent either
topped on hot or iced coffee, eaten with a spoon,
or put on top of cake or ice cream.
Makes about 3½ cups
½ cup instant coffee or espresso
(fine granules are better than large)
¹⁄
³
