Change jam recovery
This product provides a jam recovery feature that reprints jammed pages.
1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, scroll to and touch the Administration button.
2. Open the General Settings menu, and then open the Jam Recovery menu.
3. Select one of the following options:

Auto — The product attempts to reprint jammed pages when suicient memory is available. This is
the default setting.
●
O — The product does not attempt to reprint jammed pages. Because no memory is used to store
the most recent pages, performance is optimal.
NOTE: Some pages can be lost if the product runs out of paper while printing a duplex job with Jam
Recovery set to O.
●
On — The product always reprints jammed pages. Additional memory is allocated to store the last
few pages printed.
