Dehydrate
Only use the DehydrateSpecial Mode or the Combi Steam| Combi Steam + Con-
vection Bakeoperating mode to dry food so that moisture can be dissipated.
Cut the food into similar sized pieces.
Place the pieces on the wire rack covered with parchment paper.
Tip: Bananas and pineapple are not suitable for drying in a combi steam oven.
