Error message Solution

Couldn’t allocate stream.

Couldn’t allocate video frame.

When you are broadcasting with your 360 Round,
click
Edit
on the menu bar, click
Settings
→
Live
broadcasting
, and then check the streaming
settings in the
360 Round
program. When you
are recording a video with your 360 Round, check
whether the storage device is correctly inserted
or whether the computer storage folder that you
entered exists or not, and then check if there is
enough memory available to save the recorded
video.

Can’t start live broadcasting.
Check your streaming URL and
try again.
Click
Edit
on the menu bar, click
Settings
→
Live
broadcasting
, and then check the streaming
settings, especially the URL settings in the
360
Round
program.
•
Can’t start recording. Check
your save path and try again.
•
Recording stopped. Check if
save path is correct.
Check whether the storage device is correctly
inserted or whether the computer storage folder
that you entered exists or not, and then check
if there is enough memory available to save the
recorded video.
•
Live broadcast stopped. Check
your network or the streaming
server.
Check the network condition by confirming
whether the LAN cable is connected to the LAN
port correctly. If the LAN port is connected correctly,
check if the network speed is more than 1 Gps.
