Error message Solution

SD CARD Error
•
Slow SD card. REC stopped.
The inserted memory card may not be supported
by the 360 Round. Change to a supported memory
card. Refer to Required specification for memory
card specifications.
•
Storage full
The memory card or SSD is full. Delete unnecessary
files or use another memory card or SSD.
•
Storage error
•
Can’t record
The connected SSD may not be supported by the
360 Round. Change to a supported SSD. Use an SSD
that supports USB 3.1 Super Speed (5 Gbps) with
exFAT file structure.
•
Connected device is not
supported.
The computer connected with the 360 Round does
not meet the minimum specifications. Refer to
Required specification for computer specifications.
•
Slow SSD REC stopped.
•
SSD too slow. (USB 2.0)
The Recording is stopped because the connected
SSD’s writing speed may be slower than the
required writing speed for recording with the 360
Round. Change to a supported SSD. Use an SSD that
supports USB 3.1 Super Speed (5 Gbps).
•
MIC INIT FAILED. TURN OFF
AUDIO.
Sound cannot be recorded due to a malfunction of
the internal microphone. Update your 360 Round to
the latest software. If you cannot solve this problem
even after updating the 360 Round, contact a
Samsung Service Center.
•
No update file in the SD card
There is no updated firmware to install on the 360
Round in the memory card. Save the latest firmware
in the memory card first before updating the 360
Round.
•
Invalid file. Update canceled.
The software update is canceled because the
firmware file is invalid. Save the correct firmware file
in the memory card again.
