The User Feedback application allows you to submit questions related to this product.
To send new user feedback:
Tap User Feedback on the MaxiCOM Job Menu. The device information is
automatically synchronized.
Set Telephone/Email, Feedback type, Theme, and Problem description. You
can also attach voice recordings, photos, screenshots, images or PDF files to
the form. To help us resolve the issue more efficiently, we recommend you
complete the form with as much details as possible.
Tap Submit to send the completed form to Autel's online service center. The
submitted feedback will be carefully read and handled by our service
personnel.
