Ingredients
160g butter | softened
50g sugar, brown
50g icing sugar
8g vanilla paste
1pinch of salt
200g plain white flour
1egg, medium | white only

Preparation
Beat the butter until creamy. Add the
sugar, icing sugar, vanilla paste and salt
and beat until soft. Then fold in the flour
followed by the egg white.
Put the dough in a piping bag and pipe
it onto the baking tray or universal tray
in strips measuring approx. 5–6cm in
length.
Place the shortbread biscuits in the
oven compartment and bake until
golden.
