Fillet of beef (roast)

1kg fillet of beef, ready to cook
2tbsp oil
1tsp salt
Pepper
For frying

Preparation
Start the automatic programme or pre-
heat the oven.
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the fillet
of beef all over (approximately 1minute
per side).
Remove the fillet of beef. Mix together
the oil, salt and pepper, then coat the
fillet of beef with it.
Place the fillet of beef onto the univer-
sal tray and slide into the oven com-
partment. Cook the fillet of beef.
