≥ The Manual Focus, White Balance, Shutter Speed, Brightness (Iris and gain) settings are
retained when you change between Motion Picture Recording Mode and Still Picture
Recording Mode.
You can adjust zoom, focus, and brightness (iris and gain) by operating the Manual ring.
1 Press the camera function button to change the manual ring setting.
≥ The setting changes each time you press the button.

2 Rotate the Manual ring to adjust.

≥ To adjust the White Balance and shutter speed, touch the Manual icon. (l 80)
≥ Some functions are disabled depending on settings such as the recording mode.
≥ In the following Recording Modes, the mode will automatically switch to the Manual Mode when
the camera function button is pressed. (l 63)
j Intelligent Auto Mode/Intelligent Auto Plus Mode
j Creative Control Mode
≥ To cancel the manual settings, change the Recording Mode to the Intelligent Auto Mode.
≥ The Manual ring setting switches to ZOOM when the unit is turned off and then on again.
