≥ On the thumbnail screen in Playback Mode, scenes recorded with Slow Zoom Mode are
displayed with the indication.
≥ Adjust while moving the recording position backward or forward.
≥ Performing Auto Zoom while adjusting the position of this unit allows you to create a Dolly
Zoom effect.
≥ If you have touched , record the subject while moving away from it; if you have touched
, record the subject while moving closer to it.
≥ Adjust the position of this unit so that the subject fits into the center frame.
Dolly Zoom Mode
1 Touch [OK].
2 Align the subject’s position with the center
frame B.
≥ The face detection frame A will be displayed around the
subject’s face.
≥ Adjust so that the face detection frame and center frame
appear in the same size. When they appear in the same
size, the color of the center frame changes from red to
green.
3 Start recording.
≥ The image will be recorded in quick motion.
4 Touch the Auto Zoom button icon C ( / )
to start Auto Zoom.
≥ The lens will be zoomed at a constant speed to the tele
or wide end.
≥ If you touch the same Auto Zoom button icon again
during Auto Zoom, the operation will stop.
≥ If you touch the other Auto Zoom button icon during Auto
Zoom, Auto Zoom will start in the opposite direction.
5 Adjust the position of this unit while keeping
