Record the calories you eat in a day and compare with your target or the daily recommended
calories to get help to manage your weight.
Your calorie intake target is synced with your weight management goal. To change
the calorie intake target, change the goal weight in the Samsung Health app on your
connected mobile device.

Tap (
Samsung Health
) on the Apps screen.

Rotate the bezel or swipe upwards or downwards on the screen, open the food tracker
screen, and then tap
Add
.

Tap the input field, rotate the bezel or swipe upwards or downwards on the screen to set
the calories you have consumed, and then tap
Done
.
To change the meal type, tap the meal type on the top of the screen and select an
option.
To view weekly records with a graph, rotate the bezel or swipe upwards or downwards on the
screen.
