Scones

Put scones (5-6 cm diameter) on baking paper on baking tray.
Soufé

Prepare 6 small soufé dishes and distribute on the Wire rack evenly.
* Fill the drawer with 500 ml water for Vapour cooking.
6. Meat
We recommend fresh chilled meat for better taste. We recommend thawing the meat
thoroughly if you use the frozen meat. The auto programmes don’t include the preheating
and turning over. But you can turn over after half time for better results if you want.
We recommend trimming the fat before marinating for better taste and season the meat at
least 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator. After roasting, remove the food from the oven
and cover with foil. Leave it at least 10 minutes for juicy taste. Then serve with garnish and
sauce.
