To Stop Steam Cooking
Press the START/STOP button on the control
panel, then press Stop in the display.
Tips for Steam Cooking
• To get the full benefit of steam cooking, don’t
overcrowd the oven rack or the steam pan.
• Preheating is not necessary when using steam
modes.
• Food should retain its juiciness while achieving
the correct coloring at the end of the cook time.
• Steam cooking may result in shorter cook times.
• Steamed foods can retain a higher level of
moisture and nutrients and be full of flavor.
• Carefully monitor the cooking process because
coloring can develop quickly with steam cooking.
