Quiet Mode is a function which r
educes the operation sound of the machine.
By pressing
on the control panel, the machine enters the quiet mode. Control Panel(P. 14)

ou can set the machine to enter or exit the quiet mode at a specied time.
This section describes how to congure using the Remote UI from a computer.
On the control panel, congure from [Menu] in the [Home] screen
[Preferences]. [Timer/Energy Settings](P. 434)

Log in to Remote UI in System Manager Mode.

Click [Timer Settings] [Edit].

Specify the time.
Setting the machine to enter the quiet mode at the specied time
Select [Specify Quiet Mode Time Settings] and enter the time in [Start Time].
When the time is displayed in the 12-hour notation, select [AM] or [PM] after entering the time.
Setting the machine to exit the quiet mode at the specied time
Select [Specify Quiet Mode Time Settings] and enter the time in [End Time].
When the time is displayed in the 12-hour notation, select [AM] or [PM] after entering the time.
